From it's beginning as the "Maryland Ice Cream Parlor and Confectionary", Nick's has evolved over the years all the while maintaining a simple philosophy: Service, friendliness and quality.  This remains true today. Nick's has remained a family affair proud of its roots, and while it has grown with the times, it has maintained the values from its beginnings and will remain to do so in the future.

As we close in on our 90th year in business, and anticipate our 100th around the corner, we would like to take this opportunity to thank each and every one of our friends and patrons, past and present, for their continued loyalty throughout the years. 

While we proudly strive to carry on the tradition started by Nick Alevisatos in 1920, it is the continued loyalty and partonage of our valued customers that keep Nick's a viable entity today.
